Flag an activity for follow up

Want to make sure you don't forget to follow-up on an important activity? Flag it. You can also set a reminder to make sure you don't forget to follow up on those really important activities. Flagging an activity in CRM para Outlook is exactly the same as flagging an email message or other activity in Outlook.

  1. To flag an activity to follow up today, select the flag for the activity record.

  2. If you want to set a different time period for following up, or if you want to set a reminder, right-click the flag, and then select the appropriate option.
