Create and track an appointment activity

Adding and tracking an appointment activity is very similar to adding and tracking an email activity.

  1. Choose Calendar in the navigation pane at the bottom of the CRM para Outlook window.

  2. On the ribbon, choose New Meeting.

  3. Enter one or more email addresses in the To box.

  4. Enter a Subject, Location, Start time, and End time.

  5. Choose the Track button or Set Regarding button as described earlier.
